Install the Google Maps scraper for Chrome

Download GBP Sweep to collect local business listings from Google Maps and Google Search. Follow the Chrome installation steps below, then sign in to view and export your results.

Download Chrome extension

Direct installation · Chrome 120 or newer

  1. Download and unzip

    Unzip the downloaded file into a folder you’ll keep on your computer.

  2. Open Chrome’s extensions page

    Type chrome://extensions in Chrome’s address bar. Turn on Developer mode in the top right.

  3. Load the extension

    Click Load unpacked and choose the folder containing manifest.json.

  4. Collect, then sign in

    Search Google Maps and collect a few businesses. Open your collection and select Sign in to view results. Your saved businesses remain in this browser.

This download uses Chrome’s developer-mode installation. A Chrome Web Store listing is not connected yet.
